Recovery started slowly since September. Deals concerned at first relatively small budget properties, i.e. under ฿5 million and are raising both in volume and frequency.
Particularely interesting is the increase in land deals mainly due to local speculators who are taking advantage of the tax cut in force untill March 28th, 2010 ; especialy the Special Business Tax reduced from 3.3% to 0.11% and the transfer fees down to 0.01% from 2%.
